LivingSmart is a computer-based wellness management system designed to help adults meet lifestyle challenges or lighten the burden of individuals and their families or caregivers while adults seek to maintain independence, self-efficacy, and self-care management skills.
It provides three (3) courses in ebook format for personal health assessments, exercise guidance, meal planning and food management, and the nicotine addiction recovery course mentioned in the right column. Health professionals are given guidance in making LivingSmart a regular tool in their health-promoting toolkit, especially for adults 50+.
It is FREE to participants. Promoting and supporting groups or individuals are encouraged to donate to FrameWorkHealth toward the expenses of providing these services.

Taking Control -- A Tobacco Cessation Self-Study Program online with Guidelines for Social Support from Churches and Community Groups
Research has demonstrated that the most effective way to quit tobacco use and overcome addiction to nicotine is to be supported closely by helping individuals, who will encourage and provide accountability to the individual over more than just a month. Therefore, this 12-month case management designed program is available to individuals, faith groups and other helping organizations at no cost to participants. A donation of $150/event from the sponsoring organization is suggested for any number of participants.
