Taking Control -- A Tobacco Cessation Self-Study Program with Guidelines for Social Support

Research has demonstrated that the most effective way to quit tobacco use and overcome addiction to nicotine is to be supported closely by helping individuals, who will encourage and provide accountability to the individual over at least a month.  Therefore, this 18-month case management designed program is available to individuals, faith groups and other helping organizations for a suggested donation of $200/event for any number of participants.
